Our core strategy is to build quality into products through continual improvement of processes and services.  As part of a commitment to continual improvement, Harco has embarked on a program to implement ISO 9001 as a basis for its Quality Management System in 2009.

Rigorous requirements are followed for product inspection to ensure optimal quality.  First article inspection is performed on each machine set up.  This is followed by inspecting every 10th part to requirements.  State of the art product inspection is performed using a Romer CMM device.  This programmable equipment measures length, bend angles, rotation and corrected bend data.
